Children's adventure
Stage 27B is a slightly hilly but still easy route where you mostly walk along paths but also a bit on asphalt and gravel roads. At the beginning of the route, after about 600 m, you can make a detour and experience the visents at close range1. After another 1 km you arrive at Dalälven and Gamla Byn. Gamla Byn consists of former workers' dwellings dating back to the 1600s. From here you continue your walk on the so-called river promenade along the Dalälven. You can take the opportunity to take a trip to Verket/Avesta Art. A magical mix of history, art and modern technology. The old ironworks from 1874 has been transformed from a heavy, sooty and rumbling industrial environment into a new meeting place in the heart of Avesta, Koppardalen. Along the Dalälven river promenade and past the exciting dead falls2, you get to the final destination Avesta Krylbo station.
